Returns and Exchanges

At this time, all sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our pottery, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and photos before purchasing.

Damaged Items

We take great care to package our pottery securely for shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement or another solution.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase with some exceptions.
Shipping costs are s flat rate calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the item.
We currently ship to Canada and parts of the USA.
For international orders, please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply. Delivery times for international shipments may vary.

Each piece is handmade and unique, so slight variations in colour, shape, and size are part of the charm of our products. These are not considered defects but a testament to the artistry of handmade pottery.

Handwashing is recommended for most pieces but dishwasher is fine.
